Waspocalypse!

COMING NOVEMBER 22ND

Backdropped by the Amazon’s towering twin volcanic peaks, Waspocalypse!–the debut novel from author Sean Jeremy Palmer–is an entomologist’s greatest adventure…and the very-very scariest bug-fiction ever told.

Waspocalypse! is a profound, comic, catastrophic, alliterative Pulp-Fictionary 23rd-century tale of an illusive-entomologist, a mysterious-cowboy on a turbulent-aeroplane, a beautiful-but-sinister scientist…a legendary multi-hyphenate…all playing spiders that get caught in their own webs.

Inspired by the ghosts of Hemingway, the brooding of Woolf, the spirits of Morrison, the transformation of Kafka, the guilt of Dostoevsky, and more, African-American author Sean Jeremy Palmer captures the cultural-totems of the 20th-century–and in a literary blender–combines them with the multiplying-political-horrors of our ever-present 21st-century…while journeying further into an Amazonian twilight-zone. A journey that descends into the nature of our fears, and the fear of approaching horror.
